Our Experience

Briefly:

• For my daughter, it significantly decreases anxiety, panic, fight-or-flight, OCD & fixation on ideas.

• I’m often surprised at how well and how quickly (5-10 minutes) it works!

• If I am awake in the night and can’t sleep, it stops my restless mind and I can easily fall back asleep. (It does not itself cause drowsiness)

• Updated Info: After using Selank for a while (over a month for me, over 6 months for my daughter), I have noticed that the effects don’t fade nearly as quickly — they can last more than a day and for me almost up to a week!

The epigentic changes are responsible!

Our Dosing

Our spray is 300 mcg per spray

We typically use 1 spray as needed – only one side of the nose

Anytime, day or night (or both!)
It works rapidly (under 10 minutes)
Effects usually taper after 4-6 hours
We have also used: 200 mcg (it works too) and 400mcg for greater chill!

Some find it “resets” them and they can take extended breaks from use

Alternate dosing

It can be tried sublingually – in the video I explain how that went for my daughter years ago.

Are breaks needed?

There are no studies finding that you need to take breaks or that the GABA receptors become sensitized but some people theorize they may.

It can be pulsed and time off can be taken, experimenting is the best way to find out what’s best for you!

We typically prefer lower consistent doses and only short breaks over starting and stopping for most peptides we use.
